This is a Design-Build project to demolish, repair and restore and to remediate both 9484/9486 buildings interior and exterior elements. The purpose of the Tyndall Air Force Base (TAFB) project XLWU22-1018, is to: 1) remediate, renovate and repair for mold in buildings 9484 & 9486. 2) To replace HVAC Equipment as described herein and ensure full compliance with all current building codes in buildings 9484 & 9486.
