The purpose of this project is to renovate the Wing Headquarters command suite on the 6th floor of B351, located on Eglin Air Force Base, Florida. The work will include demolition and reconstruction of interior spaces that will include plan changes, restroom upgrades, and the provision of a new storage area. Also included are finish upgrades to adjacent main circulation corridors, which are identified as a Bid Option.
The demolition work shall generally consist of selective demolition of interior walls, selective demolition of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and communications as required to accommodate new floor plan layouts.
New construction includes partition walls as required for reconfiguration of interior space, modifications to HVAC, electrical, and Communications systems upgrades, as required to accommodate new floor plan layout. Also included are new interior finishes, furniture, fixtures and equipment.
