The work includes selective demolition and removal of existing systems, creation of two new doorways in existing cmu walls, new HVAC and chilled water piping, and new electrical and communication systems. The project area is approximately 3,465 sf including space for two large server rooms and an IT support area. The work includes removal of all ACM and lead based paint, interior partition walls, access floors, flooring and
ceilings, installation of new walls, doors, ceilings and finishes, along with mechanical and electrical upgrades and equipment for the server rooms. New CRAC Units, PDUs, server racks (twelve with in-rack cooling),
and support infrastructure will be provided.
