The work includes interior and exterior renovations to Building 424, including mechanical, electrical, comm, new restrooms and break area, new finishes, new wet sprinkler system, whole building generator, and incidental related work, as indicated in the contract documents. The majority of the building will be of secure construction with an area that has RF Shielding.
