The construction elements required are Architectural, Mechanical, Fire Protection, and Electrical/Communications. The Objective of this Project is to provide construction services to renovate the existing spaces to create Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities within the existing 4th Floor of Building 8640, at Site C-6, Eglin AFB. The SOW includeds (but is not limited to) demolition, asbestos & lead paint abatement, metal stud, insulation, gypsum board, doors & frames, windows, raised flooring, LVT, tile, ACT, paint, wall protection, toilet accessories, fire sprinkler, mechanical, electrical, fire alarm and miscellaneous incidental related work.
