The contractor shall phase all work to allow occupants of Buildings T256A and T256B continue to occupy these facilities until Building T256C’s relocation is complete. The contractor shall dismantle, relocate, and reinstall the complete structure assemblies needed for T256C’s completion. The contractor shall allow two weeks for personnel and equipment to move into T256C. The contractor shall then start
work dismantling T256B. The contractor shall dismantle, relocate, and reinstall the complete structure assemblies needed for T256B’s completion. The contractor shall allow two weeks for personnel and equipment to move into T256B. The contractor shall then start work dismantling T256A. The contractor shall dismantle, relocate, and reinstall the complete structure assemblies needed for T256A’s completion.
The contractor shall dismantle, relocate, and reinstall the complete structure assemblies with insulated metal panel walls, personnel and cargo bay doors, roof paneling, roof insulation with liner, composite flooring, Lightning Protection System (LPS), static grounding, interior lighting, exterior lighting, and complete HVAC, electrical, fire detection and communications systems. Contractor shall position each of the HVAC units
outside with a new 24” diameter flexible supply duct flashed into the insulated hard wall paneling for the supply and return of structure air. Contractor shall relocate and install 60-gallon Air Compressor. Contractor shall provide and install new roofing insulation and liners for (T256B’s) pitched roof, 21.3’ peak roof height to 13.2’ eave height with 134.5’ facility length (15M x 41M x 4M L300) Mahaffey structure. Anti-Static flooring
in the three structures shall be reused.
The contractor shall dismantle three structures in all, relocate and construct three properly anchored and complete structure assemblies as described in Para 1.1. All three structures require an electrical system, Lightning Protection System (LPS), static grounding system, a fire alarm system, compressed air system and a communication system.
